What We’re Looking For:

• Illinois Bar Admission in good standing.
• Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
• Preferred but not required: Background in aviation, product liability, and/or premises liability.
• Strong litigation skills, including research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and depositions.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive approach to case management.
• Willingness to travel as needed for casework.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 (specific to Chicago-based applicants).
