Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 Food - Schools for El Segundo Unified School District located in El Segundo, CA . The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to the chief business officer and superintendent and be able to provide expert advice professionally. The General Manager will also have a strong financial acumen and be an excellent oral and written communicator, along with being able to analyze data, find trends, and offer solutions based on findings. Having strength in research and project management would be ideal. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset, as well as previous supervisory experience, and the ability to work collaboratively
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and have a passion for a high level of customer service
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• knowledge of USDA regulations for child nutrition programs is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
Minimum Management Experience - 3 Years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
