Overview
We are building a world-class, leading-edge Ethics & Investigations team at Intuit, which sits under our re-imagined People Experience team within the People & Places (HR) organization.
This team champions our Integrity Without Compromise value and promotes a safe, ethical, and inclusive culture. We develop and improve our ethics program, conduct impartial investigations into violations of our Code of Conduct and policies across all geographies, and promote awareness internally and externally.
This role reports to the Director, Ethics & Investigations.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate concerns involving violations of the Code of Conduct & Ethics and company policies, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace bullying, and compliance issues.
- Manage multiple investigations, working independently and with team members.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and legal teams, interacting with employees at all levels to build trust and transparency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance support for employees.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of investigation experience, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.
- Experience with financial, expense, or compliance investigations is preferred.
- Background in employment law and employee relations, especially across multiple jurisdictions.
- Certifications from relevant organizations (e.g., Workplace Investigators, Fraud Examiners) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
How You Will Lead
- Conduct comprehensive investigations from start to finish, including interviews and data review.
- Summarize findings and recommend actions.
- Draft detailed reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and stay informed on best practices.
- Bring empathy and objectivity to investigations, aligning with company culture and values.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges are $153,500 - $208,000 in Bay Area, CA, and $150,000 - $203,000 in Southern California, with eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by experience, skills, and location, with ongoing pay equity assessments.
