Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist

We’re seeking a proactive and bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of HR to manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, payroll, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact across all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle , from sourcing to onboarding
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Support the employee offboarding and termination process with professionalism and care
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations
• Ensure adherence to company policies , procedures, and HR best practices
• Provide guidance and support to managers on various HR matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience , preferably in a generalist capacity
• Experience with employee relations and conducting investigations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
