Details

The Executive Director/Administrator oversees the overall direction of the hospice services. They establish, implement, and evaluate goals that align with quality standards and organizational philosophy. Responsibilities include hiring qualified hospice personnel, providing and delegating hospice services, and ensuring standards of care comply with federal and state regulations.

• Review and monitor sales and service performance
• Build and sustain a diverse team that meets objectives and goals
• Set high standards as a dynamic leader and inspire others to achieve them
• Communicate effectively, establish relationships, and problem-solve collaboratively
• Possess organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills
• Motivate, mentor, and influence others with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Preferred experience in customer relations and clinical development
• Administrative Management: 2 years
• Experience in health-related industry: 2 years
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a health-related field preferred
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
