Role Overview
As the Director of Content Merchandising, Site & App Experiences, you will shape and execute the end-to-end content strategy and landing page experiences that enhance our commerce platform for our website and app. Your focus will be on building social-first content plans, leveraging data and consumer insights to inspire, educate, and entertain our audience, increasing engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Content & Curation Strategy: Lead the creation of strategic content pillars, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure content aligns with brand and commercial goals.
- Content Planning & Operations: Manage content sourcing, briefing, and execution, including social content, UGC, styling, and site updates. Optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Landing Page Development & Experimentation: Create and test landing page strategies, utilizing A/B testing to optimize consumer journeys and maximize ROI.
- Competitive & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to keep content fresh, relevant, and differentiated.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to guide content briefs, media types, and outfitting strategies, continuously optimizing for results.
- Continuous Optimization & Innovation: Enhance user experience to increase engagement metrics, session frequency, and revenue.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in social media, content marketing, ecommerce, or related fields with proven results.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, user journey optimization, and content strategy.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, product styling, and curation.
- Strategic, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience in premium brand environments and growth/retention strategies is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary Range: $152,500 - $202,000 USD. Additional benefits include merchandise discounts, paid time off, volunteer hours, 401(k) with matching, stock purchase plan, health insurance, and more.
