We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead high-impact digital transformation projects, in particular around the implementation of ERP solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, shape business processes, and turn complex challenges into simple, actionable insights. If you’re proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering change, then this is an ideal role for you

What You’ll Do

• Lead client workshops & gather business requirements
• Translate needs into user stories and prioritize delivery
• Guide process re-engineering & operational improvements
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Mentor junior BAs & contribute to pre-sales

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in delivering complex ERP and CRM projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder management & communication
• Hands-on with process mapping, data analysis & user stories
• Confident, curious, collaborative

The ideal person for this role will have worked full lifecycle across a major ERP or CRM project.

** Please note I need 5+ years of continuous IT Business Analysis experience - so if you have worked in Data Analysis, Product Management, DevOps, or BI then you won't be relevant for what I need **

The role requires occasional visits to the office in Arlington VA - typically once a fortnight, so you must be within commutable distance of Arlington VA. Please note we do not have the ability to sponsor individuals for this role.
