This role will play a key part in the company’s continued growth across the region by sourcing deals, analyzing feasibility, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate land opportunities for residential development
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies
• Negotiate contracts and manage the due diligence process
