Legal Administrative Assistant

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our New York City office and provide comprehensive support to our Investment Management attorneys. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a law firm, will have exceptional skills in communication and administration, and be adept at problem-solving and working collaboratively as part of a team. This is a hybrid position requiring three days/week onsite.

Requirements:

· Ability to handle calendar management, travel arrangements and itineraries, expense reports, and other administrative duties;

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;

· Exceptional organization and prioritization skills;

· Excellent client service and communication skills, both oral and written;

· Ability to coordinate and work across different teams and office locations;

· Ability to think critically and analytically under pressure;

· Willingness and ability to learn new skills as they become necessary;

· Discretion and understanding the need for confidentiality.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm;

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn law firm specific software as needed;

· Strong technical skills; experience with iManage, or similar document management system, a plus;

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $94,000, commensurate with experience.
