With nearly 20B AUM, our client, an alternative asset manager, is seeking a real estate associate with 3-7 years of experience. They must be currently working at a top tier law firm, or company and have deep experience in the following areas;

Joint Ventures

Acquisitions and Dispositions

Asset and Corporate Level Financing

Direct transactional experience (residential and industrial)

Real Estate financing
