Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Wholesale Sales Assistant, located on-site in New York, NY. The Wholesale Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maintaining organized sales records, and assisting with communication between the company and its retail partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales data, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations: Assist in preparing and sending inventory lists, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth internal and external communications.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate dashboard database records and contribute to a well-organized system that enhances efficiency.
- Creative Problem Solving: Work with the operations team to create packing lists, ticket requests, and labels, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey from our headquarters to clients.
- Business Development: Identify and research new account opportunities through outreach and representing the company at trade shows.

Qualifications

- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva) is a plus
