Insurance Defense Attorney Part Time or Full Time

This mid-sized firm specializing in the defense of bodily injury claims and property damage actions for major developers and contractors involved in significant municipal and private construction projects throughout the City seeks attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to work on either a full time or part-time basis and/or with flexible hours. Knowledge of New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6) is a plus. Position calls for an independent self-starter who can handle all aspects of a client’s defense from pleadings to trial, if experienced, and offers direct client contact with opportunities for growth and advancement.
