YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a highly creative approach to storytelling and ideation, strong design foundation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to conceptualize and execute bold ideas across digital, print, and experiential mediums. As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead projects from concept to completion, and collaborate closely with other creative and account team members to deliver exceptional results.
Primary Job Responsibilites - Creative
- Ideate and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, including digital, print, environmental, and social media assets.
- Contribute in ideation sessions and present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across design outputs while elevating client expectations.
- Ability to share ideas, design work and approach in confident and compelling presentations.
- Participation in new business pitches and RFP responses will be key.
- Execution
- Collaborate with production, ensuring designs meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with creatives, agency teams, and external vendors to bring ideas to life.
- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.
- Team
- Foster a sense of partnership and collaboration within the agency, tackling challenges with resourceful solutions, and keeping the quality of concept and design elevated.
- Share best practices and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the creative team.
Skills And Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or experiential marketing environment. CPG, Retail, Marcomm, lifestyle and/or experiential channel experience necessary. Spirits experience a plus
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Ability to create compelling PowerPoint and google Slides decks
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to create visual concepts that resonate across digital, print, and physical spaces.
- Ability to ideate concepts and creative solutions and bring them to life through visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with motion design, 3D rendering, or AR/VR experiences is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to clients and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for fostering creativity within a team.
Salary And Benefits
- $80,000-$90,000/Year - An employee’s pay position within the salary range is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance & travel requirements.
