Trust Estates Legal Assistant

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant to join a midsized firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time (35 hour work week), permanent position, in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, paying up to $85,000.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 6+ years of Trust & Estates experience
• Trust administration, filing, tax returns, estate admin is heavy
• Legal Assistant will be working with the clients
• Extensive experience with preparing, formatting, and revising legal documents
• Additional job duties include: managing attorney calendars, booking travel arrangements, managing billing and expenses, etc.
