Our client, a men's and women' RTW brand is seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Assistant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with generating and maintaining sales reports for key accounts
Support order entry and inventory management to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to align product assortment and marketing efforts
Build and nurture relationships with current and potential retail partners
Stay on top of wholesale trends and customer feedback to inform decision-making
Help with logistical coordination for upcoming launches and product shipments
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks in a small, fast-moving team
Help with scheduling and preparing for meetings and trade shows
Providing customer service by acting as liaison between sales team and customer
Ideal Candidate:
Ideally, you have a background in wholesale, fashion, or a showroom environment. Understanding the wholesale business and the numbers behind it is key.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel .
Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable. Someone who can work with ambiguity and think on their feet.
Preferred 1-2+ years of experience in wholesale fashion
