About the Role:
We’re seeking a welcoming, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our client's organization. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for all visitors and staff, while keeping front desk operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Coordinate lunch orders and pick-ups for staff and meetings as needed
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment bookings
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory; reorder as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external visitors
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to occasionally run errands, including food pickups
