Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Complex Commercial Litigation group in New York. If you thrive in high-stakes litigation and want to work with a top-tier team, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of broad-based litigation experience at a top law firm
• Big Law experience will only be considered
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
• Experience handling New York State and Federal court matters from pleadings to trial
• Expertise in managing discovery in large, complex cases
• Skilled in taking/defending depositions and drafting/arguing motions
• Admitted to the New York Bar
