This is a unique opportunity to work with leading global financial institutions across leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance, and structured transactions. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, thrives in a deal-driven environment, and is ready to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

• Advise lead arrangers, direct lenders, borrowers, and corporates on complex finance transactions
• Structure and lead first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien, and subordinated loan deals
• Work on ABL facilities, subscription and NAV facilities
• Contribute to innovative structured equity and preferred stock investments

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 9+ years of leveraged finance experience, preferably within an AmLaw 100 firm
• Strong foundation in debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance
• JD and admitted to practice in New York
• Proven ability to manage transactions, build client relationships, and drive results
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
