Labor Management Relations Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Labor and Employment group in New York City.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience (seeking law school class of 2021-2023)
- Extensive private sector traditional labor experience including: Researching, analyzing and briefing issues under the National Labor Relations Act; NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, including representation petitions and ULPs; and labor arbitrations; Advising on unionization efforts including union campaigns and overseeing elections; Negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements and advising regarding contract administration; and Advising on labor issues in corporate transactions
- Management side law firm experience
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York bar
