Contract Recruiter Business Operations

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts for business operations, management-level, and hourly positions across our startup. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality talent in compressed timeframes.

This position is 100% onsite in the Manhattan location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for business operations, managerial, and hourly roles
• Screen candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Organize and schedule interviews with appropriate team members
• Provide guidance on competitive compensation structures
• Represent our company brand and values throughout the candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for business operations, management, and hourly positions
• Demonstrated experience working in startup environments
• Proven ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and changing priorities
• Experience with high-volume hiring for various position levels
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
