Contract Attorney Maritime Corporate Finance

Our NY Based law firm client is looking for a contract attorney who has 5+ years of maritime corporate finance experience.

• $150-200/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating loans secured by a vessel or other maritime asset.
• The ideal candidate can take a project from start to finish without supervision.
• It will typically be a 40 hour work week with flexibility for OT if needed.
• The project is currently open ended so please be flexible to extend.

Required Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates are admitted to the bar in NY and can be in a downtown NY location on a hybrid basis T, W and Th. If prefer remote, please note that in your submission.
• MUST have 5+ years experience in corporate finance specifically in maritime
