Recruiting Senior Associate
Global Financial Services Firm's Human Resources Team is seeking a Senior Associate (Recruiter) to support the recruiting efforts of the Firm. The Senior Associate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of assigned roles.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing searches from start to finish, working with internal hiring managers and external search firms, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, recommending offer terms and successfully closing candidates
- Working with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Serving as a recruiting advisor, providing regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline development and progress of candidates. Creating and maintaining regular reporting for hiring managers.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external search firms as a source to generate qualified candidates
- Maintaining and updating all job descriptions
- Assisting with recruiting analytics reporting and statistics
- Assisting with ad-hoc recruiting and broader HR Team projects and initiatives as required
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; strong academic credentials
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recruiting; experience in financial services is strongly preferred
- Experience in direct sourcing, especially utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems; experience with applicant tracking systems (specifically Workday) is a plus
- Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to manage initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior executives
