We specialize in commercial and residential ground up and retail projects. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. As an Entry-Level MEP/FP Project Engineer, you will work closely with Project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, quality control, progress tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Help resolve issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Support client communications to ensure expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical or electrical is a plus). Most importantly a willing to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- No prior project management experience required, but internships or coursework in construction and/or hands on construction is a plus.
