The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team to aide in our expanding practice. Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled attorney with experience in personal injury litigation, including pre-trial negotiations, depositions, and trial work. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who is comfortable handling a caseload independently, collaborating with a team, and delivering top-tier client service. • Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Manage business development, finding and receiving new opportunity throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and attend mediations.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with professionalism and empathy.

• Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois Bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation and trial advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of securing favorable outcomes for clients.
