Trademark Attorney

Senior Trademark Attorney - Chicago, DC or NY

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark attorney with at least 5 years of experience. The salary for this position is between $135k to $175k. This is a non-partner track position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing trademark portfolios, conducting trademark clearance searches, and handling trademark prosecution.
• Experience TTAB proceedings, drafting office action responses and notices of opposition and petitions for cancellation.
• Experience with international trademark prosecution and dispute matters nationally and under the Madrid Protocol with non-US trademark agents.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• Strong credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Team focused.
