Job Title: Senior Associate or Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven recruiter to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Associate or Assistant Vice President in Talent Acquisition. This person will take ownership of end-to-end recruiting across various teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and hire top talent. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across departments and seniority levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft tailored hiring strategies.
- Source top candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks, and third-party search firms.
- Coordinate the interview process, screen candidates, and guide them through feedback, offers, and acceptance.
- Provide market insights and serve as a consultative advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate job descriptions are maintained for each role.
- Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Support strategic hiring initiatives and contribute to team-wide recruiting goals.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
- Assist with broader HR projects, including data reporting, recruitment marketing, and process improvement.
- Create high-quality recruiting materials that align with firm branding and presentation standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; a strong academic background is preferred.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Proven success with direct sourcing strategies and tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Thrives in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Senior Associate range: $115,000 – $140,000
- Assistant Vice President range: $140,000 – $170,000
