We are seeking a corporate associate with 2-6 years experience, ideally in Capital Markets, to join a top band Chambers & Partners ranked group in their New York office.

The Role

We are looking for associates to focus on big ticket corporate work, at a leading capital markets practice, largely focusing on U.S. securities offerings.

The Candidate

• Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience in a corporate group of a top law firm.
• Juris Doctor and New York required.
