Employee Benefits Attorney – Mid to Senior Level

Firm: AmLaw 100 Firm

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in some or all of the following:

• Private, tax-exempt, and public (governmental) retirement plans and defined benefit plans
• M&A benefits support
• 409A and executive compensation
• Health and welfare plans (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)
• ERISA litigation
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills required
• Practical insight, creativity, and a proactive mindset preferred
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
