Special Inspector

Minimum Qualifications:

We are currently looking for experienced Special Inspectors (ACI, ICC, AWS certified) (NYS PE or RA Preferred) to perform various NYC DOB mandated inspections during the construction activities on various government buildings in the NYC. Several types of inspections required are:

• Masonry
• Concrete Cast In Place
• Structural Steel Bolting
• Welding
• Wall Panels, Curtain wall
• Structural Stability
• Post-Installed Anchors
• Fire Resistance
• Mechanical Systems
• Heating Systems
• Energy Code Compliance
• Deep Foundation Elements
