Admin Global Macro

Our client, a top private equity firm in Hudson Yards, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a Director and their direct reports within Global Macro. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to be accessible on email after hours is needed. This role is onsite in their office 4 days per week with 1 day per week remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless administrative support
• Manage Outlook calendars; schedule internal and external meetings, book conference rooms and coordinate restaurant reservations
• Manage all email and phone communication, including keeping track of all scheduling changes
• Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
• Light travel booking as needed
• Additional projects as requested

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience supporting a team
• Experience in financial services is ideal
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
• Motivated and wants to learn

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

• 85-95K base plus paid overtime and a bonus
