Founded in 2013, Power Kiosk is a rapidly growing SaaS platform that connects energy buyers to a marketplace of over 100 energy suppliers and provides both sides with intelligent data solutions to succeed. We pride ourselves on our innovative solutions in the energy industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Use QuickBooks to categorize bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage vendor and employee profiles.
- Run biweekly payroll and help maintain employee benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans.
- Assist with screening candidates. Onboard and offboard employees as needed (We’re a small company, so these won’t be routine tasks.)
- Help manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, to prioritize tasks and communications.
- Support ad-hoc projects for the CEO.
- Plan and coordinate four company social events each year - finding venues and managing event details.
- Help with day-to-day office operations and occasional logistics.
- Optional - if you have an interest in marketing or writing, you can contribute to internal or external communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communicator and listener
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities
- One year of office experience
