Pay Rate: 35-40 per hour

Hybrid 3 days a week in New York

Contract 6 months to start

As the world’s leading global HR solutions provider, we are growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our team onsite in New York City. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to full time. This role requires someone to be onsite 2-3 days a week with a flexible schedule at the Midtown Offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous process improvements, expanding client relationships, and managing a contingent workforce while maintaining our supplier partnerships through our integrated MSP.

What you get to do:

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of Creative, Marketing, and Professional freelance or temporary roles
• Develop fulfillment strategy for client including, but not limited to leveraging job boards, social media, referrals and MSP approved agency partners to creatively source top talent
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
• Work with a client that is a leader in the luxury retail industry
• Manage a growing contingent workforce acting as the main point of contact for any HR related support (ie. payroll, taxes, escalations, etc.)
• Maintain and grow existing and new supplier partnerships through the integrated MSP
• Innovate and strategize to constantly drive process improvements
• Maximize all opportunities to expand client relationships
• Work for the company that has the most competitive total comp in the industry
• Collaborate with a passionate team focused on achieving and delivering excellence everyday

What you need to bring:

• 3-4+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing account management
• 1+ years of experience recruiting for Creative and/or Marketing roles
• Experience working with luxury, hospitality or retail clients is preferred
• Proven success and comfortability in a client facing environment
• Previous agency or vendor management preferred
• A drive for innovation in recruitment strategies
• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Experience with on-site staffing/MSP/VMS/RPO is helpful but not required
• Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels
• A high sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with tech, calendaring, organizational tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
