Commercial Real Estate Attorney (4–8 Years Experience)

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Are you a motivated attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience?

Commercial Real Estate Group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and/or transactional law and will play a key role in handling a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on a broad range of real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to achieve efficient, business-oriented solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or transactional law - Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
