Associate Attorney

LaBarge, Campbell, Lyon & Kahan is seeking an associate attorney with two to four years of litigation experience to handle a wide variety of cases in all phases of litigation. The attorney will be responsible for managing case files, drafting dispositive motions and other legal documents, taking depositions, answering written discovery, performing legal research, and attending court hearings. The attorney must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as experience in construction litigation, including construction defect, transportation litigation, trucking litigation, and premises liability.
