Responsibilities:
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-tier middle to senior-level candidates within the US Market.
- Screening Mastery: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect match.
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Deal Closer: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure offers and close deals successfully.
- Exceed Targets: Thrive in a results-driven environment by meeting and surpassing set recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Experience Matters: Minimum of one year in recruiting with 360 recruitment exposure.
- Communication Expert: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Emotional Intelligence: High EQ to navigate the nuances of the legal profession and build meaningful connections.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure the perfect match between candidates and clients.
