Our goal is to hire ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about sales, recruitment, and personal development. No experience in recruitment? No problem! We provide a comprehensive 12-week training program that includes hands-on exposure to sales and recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Matchmaking: Serve as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies within a niche market.
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume lead generation through cold calls, emails, networking, and more to connect with candidates and clients.
- Sales Performance: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets to achieve revenue goals and support business growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Facilitate contract discussions, salary negotiations, and consult with candidates and clients on market trends.
- Relationship Development: Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Market Expertise: Develop into a market specialist by researching industry trends, mapping competitors, and strategically expanding your network.
- Consultative Role: Guide both clients and candidates throughout the interview process, managing expectations and providing feedback.
