Our client, a longstanding technology investor with $50+ Billion in AUM (mid-size investment management), is looking to hire a full-time Infrastructure Support Associate to work onsite out of their Midtown Manhattan location.
Overview:
The Technology Associate is responsible for managing and supporting the firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing high-quality support to end users. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, managing endpoint deployments, and optimizing IT processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive in resolving underlying issues with technology
- Serve as the primary technology analyst for all user requests
- Owns all documentation for technology processes
- Technology inventory management
- Endpoint (Laptop/Desktop) builds
- End user onboarding/offboarding
- Active participant in our 24/7 NOC services
Ideal Candidate Experience:
- 2+ years in financial/professional services or MSP
- Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, etc.)
- Microsoft Office desktop suite
- Cisco Meraki and TCP/IP network troubleshooting
- CrowdStrike Falcon
- Zscaler or similar DLP solution
- Cisco Umbrella
- Box administration
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Azure Active Directory and Entra
- Strong knowledge of W10/W11 and Windows Server environments
- Microsoft Intune/Defender for Endpoint management, or similar MDM solution
- Troubleshooting AV and Teams Meeting Room setups
- Effective white glove customer service skills
- Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Understands fundamentals of security best practices
