Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure 1099/1042-S tax reporting accuracy.
• Update Excel files for accurate tax reporting values.
• Verify participant data and ensure proper tax form generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings for corporate clients.
• Review IRS and state tax filings for compliance.
• Conduct testing and audits of tax forms before issuance.
• Manage special handling and amendments for tax forms.
• Document processes and maintain updated procedures.
• Provide regular project updates to the Tax Manager.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with US withholding and reporting for employee share plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate globally and work effectively in a team.
• Experience in tax production and employee share plans is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and technical concepts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
