Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid | Full-Time
Levitate Foundry is seeking a strategic, high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and help scale our sales function during an exciting phase of expansion. As a digital marketing agency that partners with innovative DTC eCommerce brands, we specialize in Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, UX/UI Design & Development, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and more. We’re looking for someone who understands this landscape inside and out—and is ready to bring our services to the forefront of emerging and established eCommerce brands.
As a key sales leader, you’ll own top-of-funnel development, refine outreach strategy, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to help shape our go-to-market efforts. You’ll be both a trusted partner to prospective clients and a key contributor to the evolution of our sales operations. What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across DTC eCommerce brands that align with our service offerings
- Lead the full outbound sales process—from prospecting and outreach to qualification and strategic handoff or close
- Communicate the value of our services (Paid Media, Lifecycle, UX/UI Design & Dev, CRO, etc.) across multiple touchpoints with prospective clients
- Partner with senior leadership to set quarterly goals, refine ICPs, and optimize outbound and referral strategies
- Maintain and improve sales materials including outreach scripts, capabilities decks, proposals, and MSAs/SOWs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure prospect fit and deliver a smooth client handoff
- Manage CRM hygiene and sales pipeline reporting in HubSpot, ensuring clean, reliable data
- Represent Levitate Foundry at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to cultivate new business relationships and promote the brand
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in external communications, meetings, and social engagements
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years of sales or business development experience in an agency or digital services environment, preferably selling into DTC eCommerce brands
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they apply to eCommerce growth (Paid Media, Email/SMS Marketing, Web Design/Dev, CRO, etc.)
- Experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, and proposal software like PandaDoc a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to founders, CMOs, and heads of growth
- Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable—you thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor future junior team members and help build a scalable sales function
