Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant with excellent communication skills needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. Vendor management is a large part of the job, and candidates need to be comfortable on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
• Vendor management
• Negotiate payment plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
