Structured Finance Associate

Top National law firm seeks a senior-level associate for its structured finance team. Ideal candidates should have experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers in a variety of asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, but general capital markets, private credit and/or leveraged finance experience coupled with an interest in securitization also encouraged to apply.

The high value and market leading practice focuses on Repo finance, trade receivable finance, digital infrastructure, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.

Previous law firm experience is required.
