About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to support a VP of Treasury & Risk in corporate property and casualty insurance program and assist in risk management, claims analysis, and policy compliance . The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in finance, insurance, or accounting and excels in data analysis, loss forecasting, and regulatory compliance . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate risk management , including policy renewals, claims processing, and coverage assessments .
• Work with insurance brokers, actuaries, and captive insurance managers to analyze risk exposure.
• Review loss run data, insurance cost allocations, and deductible charges .
• Support compliance, regulatory reporting, and surety bond programs .
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard acquisitions into corporate insurance programs .
• Stay informed on industry trends, risk mitigation strategies, and insurance regulations .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, finance, or commercial insurance .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel several times per quarter .
