We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital team to streamline our digital strategy. This includes managing the Shopify platform and the connection between Shopify and our 3PL. You'll work with different teams to improve order processing, manage our tech tools, manage our shopify admin and make sure product operations run smoothly. Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Annually
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a product roadmap to improve how we handle orders and digital operations in addition to supporting tech product needs for projects outside of the product roadmap.
- Spot areas where we can improve our processes and find solutions from a product management lens to help the team leverage technology to work more efficiently.
- Spearhead all Shopify upgrade/migration initiatives such as, but not limited to, extensions migration, 2.0 migration, app-specific migrations such as Avalara 2.0
- Stay updated on Shopify updates and inform the team as relevant to the business.
- Work closely with teams like Development, Design, Tech, Analytics, and User Research.
- Collaborate with Web Developers to define tech requirements and create clear documentation.
- Manage our technology stack by following the process for onboarding and offboarding new tools, keeping an eye on our tech tools that would be a better solution fit, making sure we’re using them efficiently and cutting out what we don’t need.
- Research and evaluate new vendors, comparing options and making recommendations.
- Ensure our systems communicate properly, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
Shopify & System Management
- Be the go-to person for Shopify admin tasks, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Order Desk as middleware, keeping data flowing smoothly between Shopify and our ERP (AMT).
- Oversee ERP integrations to keep inventory, orders, and customer data in sync.
- Use Excel and other tools to analyze large datasets and catch any inconsistencies.
- Create reports and dashboards to help the team make informed decisions.
- Provide tech support and training to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager in digital operations, eCommerce, or order management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, order processing, and how digital tools connect.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and middleware solutions like Order Desk.
- Skilled at working with large datasets in Excel.
- Great problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and system automation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Tech, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bonus Points For
- Shopify certifications or experience with other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with additional ERP systems or middleware tools.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Shopify tweaks.
