Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a technology firm located downtown to a busy CEO. The ideal candidate will be self-starter who is detailed oriented, proactive, and professional. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining positive, flexible, resourceful and efficient is key this role. The demonstration of a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to the role. A bachelors degree is required for this role, please have a stable resume and a minimum of 8 years supporting a CEO. Must be available to come in to the office early and stay late if necessary.
