Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our New York City office and Melville, Long Island offices. If you have previous recruiting/sourcing experience or someone who is financially motivated , this could be the position for you! Our team offers a hybrid in office working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle of recruiting of technical professionals for contract and direct hire roles
• Cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications
• Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market
• Maintain a network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years’ experience sourcing/recruiting for positions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Shown success working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
