What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor , you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all accounts payable functions, including monitoring and managing multiple email inboxes.
• Reviewing, posting, and reconciling accounts payable invoices in accounting software.
• Collaborating with clients to process vendor payments and address discrepancies.
• Preparing detailed aging reports for client approvals.
• Managing vendor relations, including credit applications, payment setups, and dispute resolution.
• Reconciling credit card accounts and vendor statements to ensure all credits, returns, and overpayments are accounted for.
• Monitoring bank transactions for irregularities or potential fraud and communicating findings with management.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader with a knack for organization and strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven leadership experience and a track record of supervising teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
