About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll support the Digital Account Manager in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. While you’ll assist with some organic social media content creation, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is looking to deepen their hands-on experience in paid media and client services. You’ll gain valuable exposure to campaign strategy, client communication, analytics, and reporting—setting the stage for future growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Paid Digital Account Manager in managing day-to-day client campaign operations and communications.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Assist in campaign performance reporting and insights analysis using Google Analytics.
- Build out monthly client reporting decks and assist in presenting campaign performance and insights to clients.
- Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure proper conversion tracking and data collection.
- Collaborate with the creative team to help produce engaging content for organic social media efforts as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on live campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and best practices.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, digital trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with organic social content creation and social media platforms.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, managing expectations, and reporting on performance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with campaign reporting dashboards or data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio).
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or CRM tools is a plus.
