Position: Medical Technician
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Pay rate: $30/hr on W2
Note:
- Onsite role
- Work schedule: 40 hours/ week (Mon-Fri) 8am -4pm - some flexibility
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experience with Electronic Medical records.
- Experience with safeguarding health and sensitive data information.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of Scheduling appointments
Responsibilities include
- Dynamic team player able to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
- Experience with Electronic Medical records
- Able to use computer programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Assistance with scheduling and processing payroll
- Experience with safeguarding health and sensitive data information
- Desire to work with Nurse Case Managers and be cross trained to assist scheduling and covering Front Desk when needed
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as requested
- Ability to resolve conflict and complex employee concerns
- For both new and experienced medical technicians on-the-job training is available.
