Position: Trusts & Estates Administrator (Global Law Firm)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid WFH)

Comp Package: Base salary to $120K, Full Benefits, Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities for Trusts & Estates Administrator:
- Prepare petitions for probate and compile supporting documentation for estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709)
- Assist attorneys and accountants in identifying, valuing, and collecting estate and trust assets
- Support trust administration by maintaining records on trust assets, trustee details, and tax statuses
- Support T&E matters by managing intra-family loan records and drafting key estate planning documents, including POAs, health care proxies, wills, GRATs, and related agreements
- Draft and proof a wide range of estate planning documents and correspondence
- Create execution-ready versions of documents, ensuring accuracy in formatting and content
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, create indexed binders, and assist with PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications for Trusts & Estates Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years of relevant t&e experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Hot Docs and Number Crunchers a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
