CRE Reporting Associate

Our client is seeking an Associate to join its asset management team. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for a global commercial real estate credit portfolio exceeding $40 billion, with exposure to various lending products (mortgages, mezzanine, CMBS, etc.) and property types (office, retail, hotels, industrial). The Associate will work closely with internal teams—Asset Management, Finance, Investment, Investor Relations—and external vendors, focusing on portfolio analysis, performance tracking, IRR calculations, and enhancing internal reporting systems. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of relevant finance experience (ideally in real estate asset management or portfolio reporting), strong technical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
